Laser Equipment

STARLASERS designs and builds all of the laser projection systems utilized in our shows. Our systems may use single or multiple ion lasers of various powers and may have from two to twenty ports from which effects are emitted. Our systems are designed to utilize many types of lasers, from high power argon, krypton, white light and UV ion lasers to lower power air-cooled lasers and laser diodes. A typical multiple laser system with a high power argon and krypton laser and will output up to 30 Watts of combined laser power. A typical single laser system with one high power white light ion laser will output up to 15 watts of pure colorful beam power.

Our own software designs include the use of multiple acousto-optic tunable filters (aotfs) which allow separate color control and permit us to create color palettes of up to 16 million colors. Our StarShow show design software allows real-time programming with instant capability to size, position, color, move, rotate, and maneuver effects and to play back looks immediately, as well as to set the finished effects to a show timecode for perfect repeatable performances.

We believe that our systems are the most versatile, flexible, user-friendly systems in the industry. The numbers and types of effects are limited only by the imagination and range from Disney-quality animation to mid-air effects that will fill the largest arena or the most intimate theatre and small or large outdoor venues.
